The event is running from July 26th to October 3rd, which should give people plenty of time to earn the 13 new minions and 13 new weapons. You also get a bonus mount if you manage to collect all 13 minions!
The event appears to be incredibly involved, so if you are as concerned as I am about getting everything the event has to off I would take a look at the event page in advance.
